Rural By Nature: Stuart Mackinnon lives at Swartz Bay in North Saanich. He previously lived in Vancouver where he was a parks and natural space advocate for 25 years. Elected as a Park Board Commissioner for 3 terms including 3 years as Chair, he also served as a Trustee of the Vancouver Public Library. A graduate of the University of Victoria, Stuart was a public school teacher before settling in North Saanich.
